Booking our cruise with Ashleigh at your Cheltenham branch was a very good experience, she sorted everything we requested, will definitely book with Ashleigh again.

David in Cheltenham was Brilliant. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would go to him again next time I am booking a holiday.
However the Lady who was sat behind him I have no words for.

Ashley thought of everything, so helpful, it was a real pleasure working with her and Hays travel. I met Charlotte in the Cheltenham branch on a spur-of-the-moment decision to ask Hay’s Travel for information on Sri Lanka.
