Ashley thought of everything, so helpful, it was a real pleasure working with her and Hays travel. The other staff were also very good because even when Ashley was not there they were always very helpful. There were one or two hiccups initially but all was corrected very efficiently. Thank you. I met Charlotte in the Cheltenham branch on a spur-of-the-moment decision to ask Hay’s Travel for information on Sri Lanka. She couldn’t have been more helpful and continued to give first class service in the ensuing weeks while we deliberated/changed itineraries/dates/hotels etc. She remained calm, patient, accommodating and enthusiastic for our trip!
