Went to the Chesterfield branch and spoke to Leanne, manager, regarding a possible holiday to Salou which we weren't really sure about.
After speaking to Leanne about our preferences particularly flight times we settled on a weeks holiday to Menorca instead. She was most enthusiastic about Menorca which made our decision to go there much easier.
We would definitely recommend the Chesterfield branch of Hays Travel, Leanne and her team.

The staff on both occasions i called in the shop were excellent . Very polite and helpful. The lady that dealt with me had another member of staff check everything was done correctly. Very good teamwork. I was most impressed and I was remembered.

The staff were fantastic, cheerful as well as very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. I booked a very last minute holiday, and I was extremely happy with the bargain holiday I chose. The paperwork was all explained to me and presented in a handy folder. I was even able to get my holiday money at the same time. Will definitely be using this company again. 10 out of 10 for the quality of the service. The ladies in the Chesterfield branch, I would say, certainly earn their wages and their smiles cheer up all their customers.

Very friendly and helpful staff, informative but not too pushy. Nothing seemed like too much trouble when asking questions if they didn’t know they would ask other members of staff or investigate further on the internet. They made the whole experience enjoyable I would recommend and go there again in the future rather than spending hours trawling the internet.

Well they sorted my holiday for me .lovely team they were .It was the manager who took my booking very nice person. You could have a laugh with that team. If this holiday goes to plan .I will book again with them .sure it will go to plan just not booked a holiday abroad for a good few years
