I recently had a holiday that was booked with Claire quite a few months before we went she kept me updated with everything along the way. The holiday from start to finish was excellent claire gave us great options for us as a family and safe to say we were all impressed with the resort she picked and we chose in grand park lara turkiye No issues at all she even sorted me out extra luggage that I needed on the way back. Resort was excellent great food and entertainment and the weather was just the best. All in all it was excellent and would highly recommend claire she has been great from the start to the finish. Unbelievable service from Claire - I’ve booked many many holidays (my first with hayes). I’ve never known someone so efficiently brilliant. Gave a list of options I was looking at Claire was back to me promptly with some great deals - knew her stuff on the places she was offering and let me think about it. Then she secured the sale and I paid - the post sale experience was super impressive - above and beyond anything I’ve experienced before. She took my passport details - and everything was sorted. I’ve also fired a few questions and she’s answered them promptly and confidently.

Right from the beginning of the search for our perfect Thailand holiday Claire was brilliant. She was very informative suggesting both pros and cons of what we were looking for.
