Sorted my app out but still got the wrong name on the lead passenger.

My experience was one I won't forget I felt welcomed excellent service and nothing was two much trouble thank you

Trainee member of staff was plessant and polite, quite open from the start about her training status. Started off process on her own then had to wait a short time for another member of staff to be available to complete our booking. Pleasant general chat during this time

5 stars.Great customer service. Tried her best to sort us a holiday on a budget, and she did.

This is the 2nd time I have booked through hays and both times the staff have been excellent and extremely helpful

I spoke with a lovely lady (i believe she was called Ellen) about a trip to amsterdam with my boyfriend for next february, she had brilliant recommendations, we went through a few different hotels and flight times, we settled on a hotel and she showed me many things to do in the area and told me about many travel options for amsterdam as i was nervous getting from the airport to the city centre where the hotel is. She was amazing, honest, obviously very professional and patient with me as i wanted to look at many different things… would 100% recommend Hays Travel, i booked the trip the same day! i couldn’t be any more excited. She also showed me the ‘hays travel card’ which i’m planning on getting.. as well as inviting me back for a quote for travel insurance :) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ very pleased

Spoke to lady called Sylvia ever so nice she helped me really well about my holiday and also reassured me we would have a fantastic time

The fact that you can talk face to face with someone is what suits me best and whilst it took around an hour in the shop it went quickly.Also going forward, it fit’s better for me I.e. not having to print things out or download stuff, I am not into technology.

Its a first time booking a holiday for me and my girlfriend and we are so looking forward to it and Faye was so helpful when I came in before we booked it the other girl was also very helpful too I'm sorry I forgot her name but both are very helpful and we both can't wait to go on this holiday thank you all the staff are friendly.

The staff were more than helpful, made me feel welcome and at ease got me the best deal they could with been a single parent it can be hard to find a holiday with in your price range.

Went to check in for our up and coming trip and whilst there we booked next years holiday the staff were very friendly and professional would also like to thank Ellen especially for sorting it all out , overall a great experience and a great team keep it up .
