Excellent customer service from start to finish

Booked our summer 2027. The staff at Hays in Clydebank are really knowledgeable about places to visit.

Kate was lovely and took the hassle out of booking online..just popped in for a deal I’d seen in window and with the help of Kate, she managed to get exactly what I was looking for.

The lady that booked my trip was really nice & helpful

From the minute we walked in the door we were treated very professionally. What Neve wasn't sure of she asked Carol and she was very helpful. All in all we got exactly what we wanted. Thank you Neve and Carol

Katie has once again booked us a fabulous holiday. A trip to Brussels on Eurostar was totally taken care of with a great choice of centrally located hotels in both London and Brussels and with excursions to Bruges and Luxembourg. We went into Hays Clydebank branch to enquire about a holiday. We returned the following day to book the holiday Neve in the branch was very helpful booked our holiday for us and sorted everything out for us .Great service we always use Hays for our holidays. Best company who go the extra mile for you.

The highland hotel in strathpeffer wasn’t great at all. We stayed mon to Fri and they never once cleaned our room. The room toilet was awful. Not very clean and extremely dated with pink bath and toilet and white sink and green flooring. The service in restaurant was terrible with forgetting to give people their meals and meals were like frozen meals. So bad people were phoning the local Chinese for something to eat.The bar most of the week was closed with everyone in our coach party very unhappy with the service or lack of. We couldn’t even get water from them and I came home really dehydrated.The outside seating areas were full of dirty ashtrays that had been sitting there for days. We also had booked to sit on front seats of the coach which we didn’t get. When people from our coach party complained to hotel we were told to complain to their headquarters in Asia. They simply didn’t care. Not the holiday we wanted or paid for.

Professionalism of staff (Katie), nothing was too much bother, polite, courteous and very helpful

Me and my girlfriend was in hays travel Clydebank speaking to Rebeca to book a holiday and she was very helpful and also good customer service so would recommend people who are interested booking a holiday with hays travel speak with Rebecca also all the other staff are very helpful with customers.

Carol was lovely, took time to look for flight times, and other little things we asked about, don’t have any complaints it was great friendly service

Staff were very helpful and kept me fully informed of what was happening. Any amendments asked for were done quickly, without delay. The whole process was very easy and the two staff dealing with us, ( both named Rebecca), were really nice

I have booked holidays with Hays travel over the last three years and every one of my bookings have been first class every one of the staff at the Clydebank branch are so helpful nothing is a problem great service
