I had come in for some Euros for my holiday in two weeks. I had noticed a holiday on facebook which i wanted to enquire about. Rebecca was very helpful and hdlped me with my booking for next year. Overall I was pleased with my experience.

We were served by a young girl,she was lovely, made us feel welcome ,she managed to price match a holiday ,in actual fact slightly cheaper, also let us know she would give us the best deal ,when buying euros ,very chatty ,took us through every detail about the holiday ,so was well impressed by this young lady ,as I have never used Hay's travel before ,and yeah I would use again thankyou so much.it was Hay's travel in Clydebank shopping centre and the young lady's name was Rebecca

We went into Hays Travel in Clydebank. We were greeted by Carol. We were looking for a cruise. Carol was very knowledgeable. She gave us lots of good information and sourced the best deals available on several cruise lines. No hard sales talk. Felt relaxed through the whole process. Finally decided on Royal Caribbean. Good experience, would definitely recommend.
