Enjoyable experience when looking for a holiday.
Neve was very helpful and took time to make calls to answer all our questions. If she did not know the hotel/area she asked her colleagues to see if they could help.
She also understood that we needed time to reflect and do our own research and there was no hard sell.

Exceptional professional service from sales adviser,Becca.She took careful note of our requirements,researched various options and found us a great deal at one of our chosen hotels.Why did I spend hours searching the Internet when Becca did the job in jig time, printed off all our documents and told us to return to do check-in and get boarding passes if we so wished!
Also advised that Hays do a great exchange rate!

Great personal one to one experience
Rebecca was super helpful. She took the time to ensure all details were correct, particularly the geographical location of the location of the hotel in LA. In addition, she investigated different flight time options for internal flight between LA and Toronto. In the end, we made quite a large cost saving thanks to Rebecca. I would highly recommend visiting Hayes rather than DIY!
