2026 travel
We have booked holidays on line on occassions but my last 2 bookings for Feb 2026 & May 2026 we have booked through Consett branch.
The staff have all been amazing, even checked us in online to enable us to do twighlight check in.
The girls have emailed hotels for advice and requests and also supported us to upgrade room after we had booked.
I also received a courtesey call on return from Feb holiday from manager Amanda that I thought was a lovely touch. I will definetly be using Hays travel for our future travel 🤩

Great experience of using a travel agent
The booking process is very simple with Hays travel and the price of the holiday was amazing. The girl who dealt with the booking on the phone was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend using Hays travel. The only improvement I could suggest is once you’ve booked they could send you the information about what you’ve booked including pictures, rather than just the document for travel.
