Disney trip

We were attended to straight away . We went in to Cwmbran shop . Katie looked after us . We told her what we were looking for and that my friend needed a room suitable for disabilities. Some of the info available to her was limited so she contacted Jet2 directly and answered our questions. She also booked our seats and arranged assistance at the airport & managed to get us £100 discount . 2 very happy customers.

Fantastic communication
Fantastic communication, the rep really listened to what we needed and ensured to provide it. My mother is 74 with mobility issues and the rep ensured she asked for low floor hotel room near a lift, sorted assistants at the airport for us.
