Staff quality leader not so
Libby who looked after us was professional and confident when dealing with our booking .it was a smooth transparent booking with all questions and information given with confidence. I felt that with for 4people it would have been nice to add a discount regardless of how much but the manager was not having it . Not what we expected. He was also not great when asked about how much luggage we were allowed and gave wrong information which could have allowed us our full quota of luggage allowance. He was more interested in himself.
