We had a basic idea for our holiday. Lorna put together a package linking the different elements for us. Her knowledge and previous experience were brilliant. And the price was fair. On phoning to confirm, Kerri confirmed the details and final invoices for us. She was also very helpful. Overall a great first experience for us with the Hays sales team.
