listened to what we were looking for
and spent time to find ourselves a holiday we had visited Barrhead travel before this visit to Hays and have to say they were put to shame by Hays travel in East kilbride

Lorna at the East Kilbride branch was very helpful & we booked without issues.

As always great experience and Lorna one word exceptional fantastic knowledge and truly makes the Holiday journey a joy.

The travel agent, Taylor, listened and understood what we wanted. She was knowledgeable about the different resorts we looked at and was able to help us make a decision. First time we have felt the real benefit of using an agent and not just doing it on line ourselves. Entirely down to Taylor.
