The whole booking process and advice given by Karen was great and her patience with us was appreciated. Only negative was the "SPECIAL" exchange rate that we were given wasn't very good. Turns out everywhere else in Elgin (Tesco, Ramsdens) etc had much better rates

We just popped into the Elgin branch as we had half an hour to spare and we’re thinking of booking a cruise for our honeymoon.
Left details of what we were thinking about and within half an hour Leanne had a great package ( and price) ready for us.
Nothing was too much trouble , our service was excellent. Would highly recommend.
