Good experience
Good experience, Kelly took all our questions and manged to make a booking for next year in a short time. We are also looking at another Cruise which Kelly has sent all the information on email for us to look at in our own time.

Staff are very friendly polite and…
Staff are very friendly polite and helpfull.
Sharon at Ely usually deals with our bookings but due to Annual leave Kelly helped us yesterday and was equally good.
Takes the hassle out of booking our holidays and doesn’t add to the cost of booking direct.
