Personalised service and availability to speak to the person making the booking. My one way booking was required due to flight disruptions in the middle east, and the team went the extra mile to help secure hotel accom for an extended period and set up the qantas app for me to ensure easier checkin / access to information about the flight.

The place to go
Efficiency of finding and booking holiday when limited to dates and number of travellers. Chloe in the Fakenham branch was very friendly, patient and helpful with whatever I threw at her. Definitely the place to go.
