We went in with a rough idea of what we wanted to do as we had no idea where to start on booking a holiday to Japan. Kelly was very helpful and worked with us on our wants and needs and managed to stick within our budget as well - couldn't fault the service we receieved from Kelly and her collagues

The member of staff was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly but was hampered by a system that was very slow, I think there had been IT glitches for a few days so will put it down to that.

The agent was extremely helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. The staff in this branch are a credit to the company.

Great experience at Hays Travel in Forestside . Went to book a cruise. Jake was incredibly helpful, finding exactly what we wanted very quickly, and with options.
Payment options were made clear and all the details were printed and emailed.
Excellent and efficient service from Jake.

Person I spoke to was very friendly, took considerable amount of time to get me the holiday I wanted (as I had no idea where I was going) and explained to me exactly what I was getting, then printed out information for everything 😀what a fantastic staff member 🙂 many thanks indeed 💐👋👍 wouldn't think twice about booking another short break with Hayes travel 🙂

Jenna was very helpful in helping us to choose a holiday. Nothing was any bother. She organised everything, even our insurance.

Jake was patient and was very helpful in meeting our holiday requests.
However when booking flight seats with jet2 we were unable to book seats together as flight appeared full and we were travelling with our daughter who has special needs.
This wasn't the case and changed at Belfast airport
Menorca airport wanted to charge us to change seats already paid for . Flight steward was able to sort out seating arrangements so she was sitting beside us.
I know this was not Jakes issue but rather a jet 2 one

Friendly staff, Rebecca was very helpful and efficient.

Professional courteous helpful attentive empathetic clearly focused on producing the very best holiday package - 360 degree approach - so good second holiday booked!

Everything was explained and lots of options were given. The holiday was taken into consideration for the ages of the travellers. I did not feel that I had to book immediately and there was no pressure on the sale decision. I would book again with Hays in Forest Side and would also recommend this outlet.
