Hayley was as friendly and helpful as she had been earlier in the week as I had returned to book our family break in October. Accommodation, flight, meals parking and insurance all sorted on a quick and efficient manner and engaging chat. Kiara was very helpful
Kiara was very helpful. We only had a rough idea about the trip we wanted but she found exactly what we were looking for. It was no trouble for her to organise transport to London and a hotel for the one night before we joined the Eurostar. It would have taken us ages to try and do this ourselves and we can rest assured that everything is in place for ourtrip.
