Great service from Hays Gateshead
Both Kirsty and Sophie were great and respondede to my message really quickly. Sophie rang me to book the cruise and also liaised with my friends who also wanted to book the same trip. Great service. Very happy with the customer service and most of all the price and easy/affordable options to pay Direct Debit over a period of time! 5 star and would recommend!

Holidays
The lady was lovely, very helpful with the booking of both holidays, very , greatful, but taking a name off my booking though the American company for my cruise wasn't so great, spent alot of time in shop, the poor lady's ears. But she was great.
