Gemma is so good at sourcing a holiday that is right for us. She is so efficient I literally just have to turn up at the airport as Gemma checks us in, sends us all the paperwork needed (no stressing if I don’t have ink in my printer)!!! Keeps us informed of any changes that may happen suggests things re the hotel I never think about ie level of room in the hotel! Third time booking with Gemma and cannot wait to report back on our holiday to Tenerife

Booked our mini-moon to Cyprus with Gemma. She was amazing. This is the 3rd time booking with Gemma. She has found us lovely hotels with everything we need & ask for, taking into consideration we have a 7 & 3 year old. She listens to what you would like from your holiday & provides possible options. When booking & paying the deposit, Gemma gives you all the information you need. She also finds travel insurance. She checks us in weeks before so we don’t have to check in at the airport. It takes a lot of stress off the family. After 2 great holidays so far, we trust Gemma with finding us the right hotel. If we have any questions or queries, Gemma is always available. Would definitely recommend.
