Always a great service and a professional and excellent price

Myself and family have returned from a holiday that Gemma booked for us at DB Seabanks in Malta, the holiday was great, the hotel had all the facilities we wanted the entertainment at night was superb and the All-Inclusive food was exceptional. Gemma booked us great flights and transfers to maximise our holiday, thanks for also recommending visiting Valetta. We have been booking holidays with Gemma for a lot of years and she always finds us a great holiday at a great price. I will be in touch soon to book our next holiday.

After speaking to Gemma about our requirements, and budget, she emailed over a number of options which were all exactly what we were after. We chose an amazing deal, and paid the deposit. The whole experience was great from start to finish.

Agent Gemma Bullough is quite frankly the best and I have booked many many holidays. Having previously been flawless I booked again with her and will undoubtedly do so for ever she is that good. She is a credit to Hays Travel and a credit to the industry. I hope she continues to work as I wouldn't like to use anyone else.
