I was looking to book our first ever trip to Disneyland and had no clue where to start ! All the staff were so helpful, I noted by her badge that Sophie was an apprentice , she was so professional and definitely knew her stuff, Callum and Sommer were also very professional, there was another young guy but I didn’t catch his name. This team are a credit to Hays

The staff are very friendly at all times.
