Lovly lady very patient

Very good service. We needed to look at several options with flights and were given all the time needed to get the right option.

Isaac, managed to find the right balance of holiday itinerary we were looking for and more importantly at a very good price. All staff in the Goring-by Sea office were helpfull and work to support each othr making fo a great experience.

I didn't have to wait in the shop, my preferences were listened to and I got a shortlist emailed to me, one of which I confirmed. Good to have something so local with knowledgeable staff

Popped in on a busy Saturday with only a vague idea of what we wanted for our summer holiday. The person who advised us on options (I think it was Jade?) couldn’t have been more helpful. There was no pressure and we didn’t feel rushed, just good unbiased help. Thank you!

The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgable, will definitely book with them again .

I went in to hayes- Goring shop and was greeted by Jade, I explained I was looking for a 7 day cruise in the Mediterranean for a single person,Jade checked one frome Southampton but Jade said it was very expensive just to go to Spain and back so we looked at fly cruse which was as bad as the one frome Southampton.
JADE Searched for a land based holiday I liked the look at Portuguese island of Madeira so I booked it there and then jade not only saved me money she was understandably helped me with my situation this will be hard for me as I lost my wife in September 2024 we were married for 56 years and dine every thing together, Thank you Jade
