Lovely helpful staff

Very friendly and helpful

Once again, the service I got was amazing. I rang in the first place to give them an idea of what wanted and both Kerry and Kelly were “on it” !! I went in the next day and spent a good hour or so with Kelly looking at what had been selected and booked my trip. I give them 10/10 every time.

Having spent approximately 4 hours in the Hanley branch, across the Saturday and Sunday. We finally came out with a City break to Italy and a Med cruise.
Having dealt with Kelly, Mark and Joy (the previous week) we can honestly say that nothing was too much trouble.
All were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient.
Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We always use Hays Travel as they really look after us .my wife being in a wheelchair and not being able to walk hays travel sort out all our needs to still go away abroad and everything is in place for our requirements.joy sorted out the things we needed and we gave her the destination we would like to go to and our budget and the joy showed us five different resorts and the facility’s available.booking was easy and efertless.the service hays travel provided is 100 /100.and always come home after holidays and pop in store and tell them how much we enjoyed ourselves.

Joy, as usual went beyond what was expected, improved our November booking by sorting a 3 week deal for the same price as a 2 week stay and sorted our booking for next March. She’s worth her weight in gold. Thank you

From start to finish the colleague who we have dealt with has been brilliant! Can’t thank Kelly at Hanley enough. She has been so helpful, patient and nothing is ever too much trouble. She has been on hand to answer any question we have and query to ensure we booked the perfect holiday. We have had to change our original plans due to what’s going on in the West and her recommendation led us down a completely different path but one we are so happy with and so excited about now.
I would highly recommend Kay’s Travel. Can’t thank Kelly enough, she knew how important it was we found the right location and holiday for my 50th. Exciting times
