Great service from Haywards heath Hays.
As usual Mel in Haywards heath was extremely helpful with our recent cruise purchase as she has been over recent years. Sadly still no coffee machine despite the recent refurb😎.
The Haywards Heath branch is well run and always a friendly atmosphere to book our ( and our local family’s) needs.

The whole process of booking the cruise was excellent. First time booking a cruise so had no ideia what do except, Zahra and her colleagues were brilliant, explained the whole process in a simple manner, gave me some recommendations. Overall can not fault anything. 5/5 stars
