Mel was very helpful and efficient.

Mel was able to take our ramblings of what we would like to do and put forwards several options of initinery for us to choose from, including options that we had not considered. We selected which one we would like, clarified a couple points and she went ahead and booked it. The whole process was really easy and Mel provided a great service.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the team at the Haywards Heath branch of Hays Travel for their invaluable assistance in arranging the HMS Illustrious Association Annual Reunion in Malta, held in October 2025.

Our reunions are normally held in the United Kingdom, and this was the first time we ventured abroad for such an event. The success of this milestone occasion was due in no small part to the professionalism and support provided by your Haywards Heath team.
