The lady who dealt with my flight was very professional. helpful and friendly, there was another lady on the other end of the booking fone was also very professional, I could overhear the other staff in the room taking bookings and they too were the same

Pleasant staff but not very good info.
Pleasant staff, OK but not especially well informed about location and communication between staff not that reliable. My hotel was severely deficient and they should have been aware of this. (date of my booking a bit approximate)
