As soon as you walk into the shop you are greeted with smiles from all the staff.
They are so knowledgeable why would we choose to go through the stress of the internet, the chance of making a mistake in the booking when these lovely girls can give you a true professional service. It is a pleasure to deal with them.

The Hayes employee (Paige) was one in training and she was absolutely fantastic. Listened to our requirements. She recommended places based to visit based on personal experience and was empathetic to why we’d choose the places and options we chose.
