So impressed with Hays Heswall.
Visited branch a few weeks ago and met Rachel who helped us find the perfect tour to Vietnam. We wanted to check out a few details before going ahead with the booking. We recieved a curtesy call a day or so later, but no hard sell or pushy sales.
A few weeks later we were ready to book, so telephoned and spoke to Rose, who swiftly and efficiently dealt with our booking, keeping me updated with further telephone calls and emails with confirmation of my booking. Simply superb! Thanks so much 👌

Minutes earlier another agency told us it was too late to book a 4 star holiday on Lake Como. We thought we should try one last time knowing it seemed impossible. As we arrived, Hays Heswall gave us a warm friendly welcome. Isabelle immediately got to work finding out exactly what we were aspiring to. Tenacious, courteous and focussed, Isabelle explored every possible option. No detail was missed as she crafted our holiday while keeping all our needs met. We are now looking forward to a wonderful trip! The whole team were involved at times as many avenues were explored. We appreciate how youve secured our dream holiday thank you all.

What made my experience great was that I was trying book a business trip on my own. I realise it would have been too much to organise myself. inc flights, accommodation, transfers, excursions, insurance etc. Rachel at HT Heswall was exceptional. She listened to everything I requested to make it happen, she created a package with the best flight times within a day, despite her being busy and on annual leave between my first initial contact and popping into the travel agency. She went the extra mile to help with booking excursions and transfers. She was very patient with me and has put my mind at ease. thank you Rachel! Rebekah Rutter
