Hello, just want to say, me and my husband always book with hays travel. But my first time I went to book it myself for a surprise for my husband for valentines day, so I was a bit nervous. Excellent, Knowledgeable and Friendly
We went into Hayes yesterday 4th Jan and spent a considerable amount of time looking at various holidays to book throughout the year. Jill was patient, very knowledgeable and didn't push for an easy sale. Instead she was honest and spent the time to discuss with us and find us exactly what we were looking for. Would highly recommend.

So we decided to visit Hays Travel in Horwich, Janet and Emma were brilliant, they understood the type of holiday we were looking for and were able to find us something really quickly and most important it was within our budget.
