Hays Travel - Hove Reviews 

We use George Street Hays in Hove on a regular basis specifically because of Anne Marie and the rest of the staff as they make the booking of the holiday seamless from start to finish. Always lovely to see their smiling faces and pleasant chats.

Sophie was the member of staff who assisted . She was welcoming,and looked up many different options for the holiday until I found the one my cousin and I finally decided on.

She kept us updated throughout the whole process and took the time to send us several holiday quotes that suited what we were looking for. Nothing was too much trouble. Annmarie really listened to our needs (I am rather fussy!) and she found us the perfect holiday! Her knowledge, attention to detail and friendliness made the booking process so easy and completely stress-free. Thank you so much Annmarie for all your time, hard work and patience! I went to Hays Travel to book a flight only. I was able to do this easily and quickly. Polly, who assisted me, was knowledgeable and helpful throughout, and answered all my queries. I was very impressed and happy with the whole experience.

Jo, Polly and the team were extremely helpful in booking our two cruises whilst in the shop and our friends who were booking at the same time on the phone, despite time constraints.

Sophie was very helpful and sorted out our holiday quickly. All staff in the branch in George Street Hove were very friendly 😀 we will definitely use them in the future.
