Booking cruise with Ann Marie in Hove Store
We went into Hays Travel in Hove to book a river cruise, we have never been on a cruise at all so we saw Ann Mari and she was brilliant answering questions we asked she made us feel so relaxed so we booked our cruise that we wanted. Buy back cost added without permission.
Changed a couple hundred euros at Hays Travel money and was charged £3.95 buyback without asking for it or being given option. I noticed this only after I got home. Not impressed to have this hidden charge - unfair really.

Personal expertise beats the internet every time
Joanne was excellent at helping us visit Madeira. She spent several hours finding us the right hotel close to the town. She also pointed out that my partner’s passport needed renewing. We could .have lost the cost of our holiday if we had tried to travel with a passport due to expire in under 3 months.

Friends holiday
I went with friends to book a holiday. The staff were very helpful and came up with constructive alternatives once we realised our original plan was above our budget. They used all the criteria we’d said was important and found us a great hotel and area to suit our needs and interests. We were extremely happy with the holiday we ended up booking and wouldn’t have found it without the advice given by the staff at Hays.
