George was really patient and helpful. We didn't know what kind of holiday we wanted but he asked us lots of questions to narrow down the search.
He told us about feedback from other customers and didn't put us under any pressure.

Travel guide was totally knowledgeable about every destination, took all our requirements into consideration, help me get the best deal. I can go on holiday after 30 years without having to worry about anything. Oh and super friendly.

Efficient service. We had done some research pre visit so knew what we wanted ...but we always prefer to book in shop rather than online. Such good service frkm knowledgable staff.
