Superb
Yet again we have just completed our 4th Holiday since January 2026 with the Ilkeston branch and no complaints whatsoever.
Cheryl took a long time to check out our Hotel requests would be suitable and it was certainly one of the best we have ever stayed at, so much so we are returning in November, thankyou.

Booked a time at Ilkeston branch. When we arrived Lily had already looked at the holiday that we were interested in. Lisa was very pleasant and also very efficient. The holiday was booked without any hitches.
