Sorry that I am writing this as I want to support high street travel agents
We went in to book a last minute holiday. We waited for 20 minutes and just before we took our seats the phone rang and the lady started to book a holiday from the phone call. When we walked in there was no acknowledgment that we were there and then a phone call jumps in and we are let sitting there waiting. So we went home and booked online. Very poor customer service.

Natasha, the agent had already helped me select 3 hotels to consider which I went away with then returned once I’d done further research on them and selected the one I wanted. She then efficiently went through the booking process pointing out everything and explaining clearly. Was friendly and not rushed.
