The person who dealt with my booking was fine but it was only later on I found out that my request for child seats in the transport was only a request and not confirmed. This was never explained. The company Holiday Extras, then sub contracted to Prime Line who were very unhelpful and difficult to deal with.
I fed this back to the shop when I returned from my trip but they also seemed uninterested.

I will not be visiting Hays again.

Always use Inglus Street branch. Booked through Nadia this time who as always is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and got best deal for us for end September 2026 for 10 days. Last holiday to same destination in June 26 with Jet2 booked efficiently by Hays but room was not what we'd booked when we got there! Jet2 Rep told hotel we hadn't booked what we said we had so disappointed in Jet2 when checking with Hays we had booked what we asked for paying just short of £3,000 for 10 nights so flying with different airline this time. Hotel were very nice about wrong room and after one night luckily we got upgrade but if they'd no rooms available we couldn't have stayed in the allocated room as it was basically a storage room and smelt awful, think possibly overbooked and we got the dregs, such a shame as room we got reallocated to and was what we booked was perfect, smelt great and very clean, hotel as a whole and staff were brilliant - Jet2 let us down

Friendly, efficient staff.

Nadia was excellent. She covered everything that we asked her and we got our holiday booked quickly. We will definitely return to hays travel for our next holiday.

Nadia gave us a wonderful welcome. She then proceeded to search out a suitable holiday for us and we completed our booking very successfully. We have previously booked several holidays to various destinations through Hays Travel, Inverness, and this experience was excellent as always. Nadia was superb, so helpful, and she made it easy for us. Nothing was too much bother for her. She does a great job. Thank you so much Nadia.

We dealt with Fiona, and we weren’t easy to please, but she was very good at her job and found us the perfect holiday.

Yet again, we found what we wanted, eventually. Thanks Nadia, you really do have the patience of a saint!

I am quite elderly, although pretty fit, but haven't travelled for a while. I had 2 different itineraries in mind for my flights, 2 each way, but the agent suggested a third and compared the advantages, or otherwise of the options; having decided, I was being a bit dithery about actually going ahead there and then and booking, but she was very patient about it even when I decided, when she had started the process, that I should first consult my son whom I am going to visit abroad; having done this I did later make the booking with her over the phone. I appreciated the fact that she was not at all "pushy" or trying to hurry me up.

They really look after you and the service is excellent we would not go any where else
