An excellent service
I have been in the Irvine shop 3 times and on each occasion I was attended to by a separate consultant. All three were excellent and took time to ensure that the holidays exactly matched our requirements. Obviously, their recruitment and subsequent training are excellent. Great, friendly and helpful service. I would highly recommend Hays Travel.

Booking flights to Australia and NZ
My sister and I wanted to book flights to Australia and New Zealand to visit family. Lisa, the Hays staff member was very helpful, personable and took account of our concerns about not connecting through Dubai or Doha. She offered advice on insurance and visas and offered ongoing assistance until we make our trip. We both feel very happy with the service we have received from Hays Travel.
