Arrived at shop late, took their time to find something suitable, never rushed. Good experience.

My friend and had been in the week before looking for information as friend was going to concert down in London and her bus had been cancelled sorry can’t remember her name but in a instant she was looking up flights hotel and even gave her directions so when I entered shop yesterday and saw her sitting there I knew I wanted to be helped by her such a lovely lady nothing was to much for her
