Excellent Customer Service
Once again Jake excelled in meeting our holiday requirements. We gave Jake a very broad set of criteria in terms of budget, flight times, location and accommodation type and he came up with some great suggestions. We easily found a holiday from his shortlist that met all of our needs. The whole process was seamless and easily completed with no fuss. We will definitely be booking with Jake and Hays Travel again.
