Jay has been great ! I can be an awkward customer as I always ask for several quotes for extra family and dates, Jay dealt with everything I asked for and kept me updated throughout. But most importantly Jay is personable and was happy to just have a “general chat” over messages while I took my time deciding, taking the time to treat someone like a person rather than a customer goes a long way !
