I came across James' hays travel profile on Facebook & saw a fantastic offer he currently had on to book a holiday from our local airport! We were wanting to book another family holiday anyway for May next year so it seemed like the perfect opportunity! We followed his clear instruction on the post & once we found where we fancied we messaged him straight away. He replied professionally & quickly (despite been late) & before we knew it our holiday was booked the next morning! (He would of done it that night if we wanted). There was no pressure from him but no delay in booking either & we still felt in complete control but with less stress as he did all the work for us. I actually booked this whilst on the school run with the kids ha! He answered my silly questions without judgement & both over message/email & phone he was polite & professional. I felt very at ease & trusted him in booking the holiday with a great offer for us, bonus! I've got all forms of contacting him & anything at all I know I can get in-touch. 10/10 would recommend & will very likely use again when booking another! Thanks so much James!

Just booked a holiday to Dominican with James Greenhedge he’s an absolute star at finding us a great deal , hays travel are a great company , always get a nice hotel close to all amenities needed.

James was recommended to me and my partner for help looking for honeymoon destination by a family member. I’ve never booked a holiday through an independent travel agent before so was a little nervous. James was amazing from the get go, very professional and super friendly. He listened to what we were looking for ( even the though we had no clue what we wanted) and went away and sent through lots of holidays within a day! The choices were amazing and such a variety, we then told him the area we were set on and he went away and again a list was sent through the next day! The communication has been on point the whole time, any question I fired his way he was straight there answering. We sent him a message today to say we’d chosen a holiday and wanted to book and it’s done all booked!! James has literally changed the way I will book holidays from now on we will defiantly be booking more holiday with him! Anyone who was like me and has never done something like this definitely give James a message you will not regret it!! Thank you James for making this experience so smooth!!

James is great for booking a holiday with. Quick replies, great deals with a few different options for us to choose from and got us a great deal for our mini moon. Will defo be booking with him again for our next holiday.
