My first stop, before I even start planning longhaul travel is to contact Mrs G. She is very professional and really knows her stuff. Over the years I've had some absolutely splendid holidays (Artic circle, Patagonia, Spain, Majorca, Italy , Barcelona and this year Australia) through Hays both long and short haul, with her sorting out all the logistics. In fact now, I wouldn't dream of using anyone else! Such is the measure of her and Hays' expertise.
