Jo had a big job on her hands with finding me a holiday! We had a big list of criteria’s that she needed to include on our family trip this summer. Joanne responded to my initial email request promptly and arranged a convenient time for us to have a discussion about my requirements for the short break. Information was sent to me and links worked and able to view all details. The process was really easy to make booking and Joanne responded in a timely manner. Having not booked a holiday aboard for a long time it was great to have the help and assistance in finding the right holiday.
