I got in touch with Karen late on a Friday night and she responded within minutes to let me know what she would do and when she could do it. The next morning she sent me a message to let me know she was working on it and got back to me so quickly with so much detailed information on my options for a large group booking. She made sure she left no stone unturned trying to save us every penny possible. Karen turned a stressful situation in to a simple, straightforward job and took all of the hard work out of my hands.
