Kath is an amazing travel agent. Listens to exactly what you want and always finds the best holiday.

We had to sadly change our holiday as it was not as sold to us originally. After speaking with numerous advisors for weeks on end and going round in circles.
I spoke with Hayley who was very sympathetic and spoke with her manager who put us in touch with Kat.
Kat was really understanding of our problem and got us sorted with a new holiday in 24 hours.
She was so lovely, just wish we had spoke to her originally.
We will definitely be in touch with Kat for our next holiday.

Kath was amazing! Incredibly helpful with her knowledge of best weather for time of year, to hotels that would suit the needs of my family, theres a 8 year gap between my children. So finding something for everyone can be difficult, it wasnt however for Kath.
After a chat she had me and my family sussed out and I feel on her recommendation we have booked our perfect break. Thanks Kath for all your help.

Kath was so helpful in arranging a multi stop holiday to Thailand, she took on board all our needs and wishes and I think she’s come up with something really special tailored to us. It must have taken some working out with multi destinations, flights, hotels and transfers. The knowledge that Kath has with her experience is worth a phone call to her, she isn’t pushy and she will tweak it, always happy to answer questions you may have. I can’t wait for our dream holiday.
