Having had several very successful holidays and breaks booked through Hays via the brilliant Katrina I had no qualms about using Katrina once again to find, organise and book a family holiday for next year. This is the 2nd year running I have booked with Katrina for my family holidays. Last year my holiday was cancelled last minute due to Microsoft crash and she handled it even though she was on holiday herself made sure we got a holiday we loved.
