Katrina spoke with me and discussed just what I was looking for in a trip to London. She listened and then found exactly what I was hoping for. She could not have been more attentive if i had been booking a world cruise.

After out initial holiday got cancelled, Katrina sorted out an alternative and the refunds needed.

Booked another one... only flights and hotel for a city trip but made so much easier with Katrina.

When you have a personal travel agent that isn't 9 to 5 and will message and email evenings, late at night, weekends... all hours... it gives that personal private own P.A feel.
