Elle was very friendly, helpful and efficient

We had set dates that we wanted to find a cruise for.Elle was so helpful as we didn't want to fly and cruise only cruise from Southampton. Because it would be classed as a late booking we were limited in our choice. Elle checked all cruise ships that were sailing on our dates we gave her from Southampton. She found us a few , which we made our choice and left the agency very happy. Keynsham has a lovely atmosphere and all the staff are lovely. Whenever we want a holiday Hays at Keynsham is where you will find us looking.

A warm smile when went into shop. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was able to book my cruise on dates wanted. All was explained to me about holiday plus what else I needed like travel insurance. Had a point out of holiday. Great service and will continue to use Hays.

I have been to Hays Travel, Keynsham several times now. Each time I have been welcomed by ALL staff in a very friendly manner, I have been actively helped to find my holidays, and I feel at ease about our conversations. Rachel has helped me finds holidays to go on, and I feel knows what I want. I am very pleased.

The agent we saw was very pleasant, and did everything she could to book our holidays, so no problems etc. A pleasure to go to the store instead of booking on the Internet.
