Have used Hays before. Always helpful staff. Take time to go through options, and pricing.

Very helpful and polite staff even when the price I had on TUI app was cheaper than in store they managed to price match although at this time seems a problem getting full access to all features on tui app maybe that's not Hays problem but it is inconvenient

This is the first time we have used Hays Travel and would certainly do so again. We like to support independent companies.
We were dealt with promptly and courteously. Dan has a very pleasant manner. He made helpful suggestions and answered our questions thoroughly.
We feel very satisfied with what we have booked and look forward to our holiday.

The agent I spoke to was very friendly and explained quite clearly whatever I wanted to know. He is also dealing with my relatives in Canada, I think he is also going to help me with our travel insurance

The manager Helen was exceptional with her nowledge and offered us other options for our cruise. She made very sure we got what we wanted. Left after booking feeling we had the right cruise for us

The depth of knowledge and genuine desire to meet our needs (an Alaskan cruise) gave me confidence that we had chosen the right travel agent. Tamsin could not of done anything more to help us, she took the time to listen to what we needed, spent alot of time searching and eventually found what we needed, sent the emails to us and in turn we came in and booked it
