We found that all staff was very pleasant and friendly. They were very helpful and nothing seemed to much trouble.
Tried 2 other travel agents did not seem to be bothered in really helping.
5* plus for hays.

Dan the assistant manager was great with lots of advice, explained as he went through every thing, e knew where we wanted to go and were given a good price, so well done he. HE is a credit to Hays in Kings Lynn.

Amazing staff at kings lynn store helped me find the perfect holiday to take my girlfriend on to make her my fiance. Staff went above and beyond to find the perfect resort and the best deal possible, I could not be happier.

It was very easy to find my holiday and book it

Saw a holiday in the shop window that was flying from our local airport and was going to a place we had always wanted to go to.
The member of staff was efficient in sorting everything out plus we decided to stay and extra 2 days.

Amazing staff who are really friendly who can help you with whatever you need especially Dan at the branch the manager who is really helpful. I’m really nice and he helped us with our holiday and helped us through all our questions to make sure we had a nice holiday to go
