Me and my wife came to book a holiday to Dubai. Ryan was very patient and professional, he showed us plenty holiday resorts and also helped pick the right one to match us. Ryan is excellent at his job.

The young lady who dealt with our request was very helpful and pleasant and we got all the info and result of what we wanted ie to book a holiday in Blackpool.

Ryan who greeted us was very knowlegable and nothing was too much trouble for him [as we are both old ladies and he treated us with respect and not idiots]. The shop in Leeds is not very noticeable and nearly walked past it could do with a facelift.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff who made the process of booking our holiday easy and stress free. Took us through various options, we booked our seats and got holiday insurance at the same time.
